Terms of Service

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms govern access to Avrue, an organization-specific application and approval workflow service. By using Avrue, you agree to these terms and to the policies of the organization whose workspace you access.

Accounts and organizations

Organization administrators are responsible for configuring their workspace, inviting or approving authorized users, assigning roles, and maintaining accurate organization information. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You may use Avrue only for lawful purposes. You must not bypass access controls, access another organization’s data, disrupt the service, upload malicious content, misrepresent decisions, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

Applications and decisions

Organizations—not Avrue—define forms, workflows, deadlines, eligibility rules, and approval decisions. Avrue provides workflow software and does not guarantee that an application will be approved, completed by a particular date, or accepted by an organization or government authority.

Customer content

You retain rights in content you submit. You authorize Avrue to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for having the authority to submit content and personal information.

Service availability

We work to keep Avrue reliable and secure, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or circumstances outside our control. Features may evolve as the product develops.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, organizations, or the service; respond to unlawful activity; enforce these terms; or comply with legal obligations. An organization may also disable its users according to its own policies.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Avrue is provided without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. Avrue is not responsible for organization decisions, user-submitted content, or indirect and consequential losses. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
